Herbaceous nose with strong notes of juniper, complemented by a citrusy freshness of orange zest and floral nuances. Slender on the palate and initially with Mediterranean herbs and a slight bitterness, becoming softer and more fruity in the mid-palate with notes of orange and slight sweetness. Juniper can be detected throughout. Complex finish. Goes well with Mediterranean tonic.
