Powerful nose with rich juniper, earthy notes, herbaceous character and citrusy peaks. On the palate, initially with a slight sweetness, then a herbaceous bitterness becomes noticeable. Juniper and citrus in the mid-palate, again slightly earthy and with a good balance of sweetness, bitterness and subtle acidity. A good choice for classic G&T alternatives.
