Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Quite sweet on the nose with grape sugar, mango and guava, anshantine nuts are in the background. A sweet start on the palate, followed by a peppery spiciness that somewhat overshadows the fruit. The fruit makes a comeback in the finish.
