Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

The nose has nutty notes, cherry fruit pulp and cocoa, with a touch of flint. Caramelly attack, then mesquite wood and white pepper come to the fore. Surprising fruit on the finish.
