Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer

A strong acidity rises from the glass, slightly reminiscent of vinegar. A subtle hint of ginger can be detected behind it. Slightly tingling on the palate and again with crisp acidity. Notes of slightly tart green tea and some mint emerge in the middle section. Acidic finish.
