Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

On the nose rather fruity, with pear, bergamot and chocolate mint notes. WIth creamy texture, fruity on entry, then reveals resinous savouriness and peppery nuances. Lingers long.
