Kuo-Jung "Peter" Pan is an old-school sushi master - and you can taste (and see!) it first hand: the dishes are prepared à la minute, using only the best ingredients, from eel to scallops.
Japanese and Korean specialties are on the menu at this small downtown restaurant, where the cooking is of a high standard and sometimes luxurious: finely grilled wagyu. There is also a selection of sake.
