The Baumann winery is known far beyond the borders of the canton of Scahffhausen for its Pinot Noirs. Especially the Pinot Noir "R", with which the winery has been part of the Mémoire des Vins Suisses association for many years. The Baumanns are committed to a careful approach to nature and first-class quality - for simple wines as well as top-quality products. In 2023, Peter Baumann took over the winery that his parents Ruedi and Béatrice had successfully managed for many years.
