Ripe, warm fruit aromas on the nose. Notes of preserved sour cherry, plum and blueberry. Also subtle roasted notes and a fine spiciness. Elegant on the palate, with gentle acidity and a beautiful texture. Aromas of cherry and fruits of the forest as well as savoury hints. Finely polished tannins and a long, savoury finish.
