Strong, mature red with a mature rim; port wine-like bouquet, notes of hazelnut, light chocolate, prune, fig, malt; powerful attack on the palate, full-bodied, concentrated, suitable acidity, somewhat clingy tannin, noticeable alcohol, cherry; persistent. Mature, quite impressive wine.
