Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2025

The Bric Castelvej winery was founded in 1956 by the ambitious young winemaker Domenico Gallino. It is a project that began in the middle of the best vineyards of the Roero and has continued to develop. Today, Mario Repellino, together with his son Cristiano, an excellent winemaker, conscientiously and expertly take care of every phase of the production process. The "Selections" are an important flagship for Bric Castelvej: they are the reinterpretation of the great classics of Roero oenology in a modern form, without neglecting tradition.
