Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler
Bright ruby red with a sparkling core. Initially rich savouriness on the nose, then aromas of toasted barrel, earthy, slightly smoky, the dark berryish fruit remains in the background. On the palate exhausting and tough, does not really get going and then diminishes.
