The Kristinus winery cultivates its vineyards in the southwest of Lake Balaton according to the guidelines of biodynamics and is certified by Demeter. The team's mission is to maintain a living organism of vineyards, forests, orchards, pastures and livestock with the aim of harvesting expressive, high-quality grapes. Only minimal intervention is made in the wine cellar to preserve the character of the individual grape varieties. This results in lively and focused wines with soul. Local varieties such as Kékfrankos, Furmint, Welschriesling and Irsai Oliver are essential components of the cultivation concept.
