Weingut Wachner

Falstaff Wine Guide Germany 2026

The family business cultivates 15 hectares in the heart of the Pfalz. The name comes from the old craft of wainwrighting and has developed into "Wachner" in the Pfalz dialect. Grandfather Werner still practised the trade, but when machines replaced the wooden cart, he began to concentrate on agriculture and later on viticulture. This family tradition of craftsmanship can still be found in the wine names: The notion level is called "Tagewerk", the middle "Gesellenstück", the premium line "Meisterstück". A very successful debut, and we look forward to further developments!
