On the nose, quite a good aroma of apple, apple peel, and cinnamon bark, almost entirely unaffected by the dealcoholisation process. On the palate, the wine has a silky sweetness and a fine, mild mousse, even a layer of creaminess (which seems like botrytis creaminess). A round, soft, dealcoholized wine, practically a type of Spätlese.
