Pastel colour, rosé. The aroma reveals expressive fruit: sweet cherry, raspberry candy, apple jelly, wild strawberry. A pleasingly straightforward, emphatically dry structure unfolds on the palate, with a lively mousse and clear fruit on the finish. The acidity is restrained, consistent with the style of the south of France, but supports the freshness of the structure well.
