Light salmon pink with silver highlights. A fruit-forward nose of wine gums, grenadine, strawberry, rhubarb, and orange marmalade, with a hint of pepper and garrigue. Dry on the palate, with plenty of fruitiness and a creamy texture, moderate acidity, and a subtle saltiness. The finish features fleur de sel and peppery spice.
