Tasting Notes
Medium straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Nuances of lemongrass and mandarin zest, underlaid with fine yellow tropical fruit and some pastry on the nose. The palate is complex and full-bodied, with a core of yellow stone fruit, and a fine acidity. The mineral-salty finish shows length, and hints at further development potential.
