Delicately floral, yellow tropical fruits, a hint of mandarin zest, red berries, some blossom honey in the background. Medium complexity, yellow plums, ripe apple, subtle sweetness, integrated acidity, mineral aftertaste, already well-developed.
More about the tastingBright pale straw yellow. First subtle yeast bread, then ripe peach and baked apple. Tingling mousse with fresh lemon juice on the palate with a noticeable aftertaste, stops a little at the back. Finishes with delicate grapefruit notes in the aftertaste.
