Tasting Notes
Medium straw yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Delicately smoky on the nose, with nutty yellow apple fruit, some walnut and blood orange. Taut and tightly meshed on the palate with a core of subtle pear fruit and a yeasty touch. It's creamy and lingering, a full-bodied food companion. (PM).
