Tasting Notes
Very pale greenish yellow with silver reflections and a very fine, persistent mousse. A mineral bouquet with nuances of yellow peach, white apple, orange blossom and kumquat. There's some cold smoke, hazelnut and brioche in the background too - a very attractive bouquet. Taut and tightly meshed on the palate, with white fruit and greengage emerging too. It's very delicate, rich in finesse, but at the same time powerful, salty and long-lasting. Undoubtedly still very youthful, it is very much "hands off", with certain ageing potential. Should be allowed to mature for another three to five years. (PM).
