Tasting from 04.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intensely bright ruby red colour with a brightening rim. Lots of fruity aromas of raspberries, blackberries and wild berries on the nose, paired with green pepper, cinnamon, leather and violets, multi-layered. Sweet and fruity on the palate, savoury, some tobacco leaf with aeration, the tannins are vivid, ending with a savoury finish.
