The red wine Barbera Appassimento Piemonte DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Ricossa has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Barbera from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Rich ruby red. Aromas of strawberry, roasted hazelnut, pickled cherry and milk chocolate on the nose, with an aftertaste of orange. On the palate it shows with a lot of fruit texture and fine sweetness, also shows hearty tannin, in the finish with beautiful juiciness.
