Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Initially shows slightly resinous notes, then lots of sour cherry, some pomegranate and goji berries. Hearty, grippy tannins on the palate, salty components, but appears somewhat brittle and rough on the finish.
