The red wine Sassi Chiusi Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Bertinga has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby with garnet-red nuances. Intense and warm on the nose, with very ripe cherry, juniper berries and some tobacco. Round and soft on the palate, but also pleasantly fresh. Fruity through to the lingering finish.
