Tasting Notes
Rich, powerful, dark ruby with a broad garnet rim. Balsamic tones on the nose, black tea, leather, undergrowth, then ripe cranberries, a hint of graphite, then ripe raspberries again, beautiful interplay. Full of tension on the palate, with powerful, deep tannins, plus pronounced earthy tones, juicy acidity, compact fruit texture, persistent finish, long, hearty.
