Tasting from 30.09.2022: Benjamin Herzog, Gerhild Burkard

Pale golden yellow with green reflections. Pointed aroma of acacia blossom, lime leaf, ripe stone fruit with hints of roasted almond and brioche. Well-balanced on the palate, silky mousse and lively acidity lend traction on the palate. The finish is full of herbs and honey savouriness that lingers well. Needs air.
