Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red colour. Fine nose of dried plums, elegant milk chocolate, ripe wild berries and some raspberry confit. On the palate ripe fruit, appropriate use of wood and good juiciness, everything is in its place, great new discovery.
