Tasting Notes
Disgorged 06/23. The nose is yeasty and rather closed, with the first Pinot berry notes emerging on contact with the air. In the mouth it's light, with the mousse mild and the acidity well integrated. The dosage is used with restraint, making for an elegant aperitif.
