A restrained fragrance with floral nuances, spicy-savoury notes of dried orange peel, also a hint of rock dust. A slightly viscous (but not botrytis-creamy) attack is followed by a rich dose of very fine extract, phenolics and minerality. Delicate and dense all at once, with a lively acidity that gives traction.
