Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Sour cherry on the nose, not "loud" but with good volume and with a hint of savoury depth. The palate is linear, with fine, ripe tannins that are well extracted. A natural-seeming acidity blends seamlessly with the body and with well-integrated alcohol. Peppery finish showcases the terroir. The name "Charmes" finds its redemption.
