Tasting Notes
Herbal tones, yeast and a slightly petrol spiciness, with rosemary and cardamom also found on the nose alongside some dried lemon peel. The mousse here is really ultra-fine and, together with the lively Riesling acidity, creates a freshness kick in a cultivated, nuanced form.
