Bright greenish yellow with golden reflections and a subtle mousse. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, reminiscent of sliced apple, cookie and cold butter. Shows crisp acidity on the palate, slightly coarse-grained mousse and good juiciness, somewhat washed out and fruity on the finish.
