Bright, pale golden yellow with light greenish reflections and persistent mousse. Ripe apple and pear on the nose, followed by light notes of stone fruit, yeast and bread crust. Bone dry, fresh and juicy on the palate, with well-integrated mousse and a long, citrusy finish.
