Bright, intense orange-pink with a persistent, delicate mousse. A nose of cranberries, strawberries and delicate iodine, with a cherry yoghurt aftertaste. On the palate a rich fruity texture, embedded in a balanced mousse, then unfortunately slightly washed out in the finish.
