Medium golden yellow with silver reflections and a subtle mousse. Candied orange zest, ripe peach, apricot, subtle blossom honey: an inviting bouquet. Juicy, white peach palate with fine fruit and lively acidity. Mineral on the finish, lively and persistent – an elegant, good food wine with mineral undertones. (PM).
