Tasting from 10.10.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Intense black cherries, blackberries, fine liquorice, floral touch, delicate precious wood nuances, smoky-tobacco notes, candied orange zest. Full-bodied, both red and black forest berries, pleasant herbal savouriness, finesse-rich acidity, ripe tannins that are fully woven in, salty-mineral aftertaste, fresh blueberries, subtle tannin nuances on the finish, taut and youthful, a hint of white pepper in the aftertaste, great freshness and length, certain ageing potential for many years. Peter Moser tasted the "super cuvée" from the four top Burgenland winemakers Albert Gesellmann, Thomas Kopfensteiner, Georg Prieler and Erich Scheibelhofer.
