Light golden yellow. Ripe, light stone fruit on the nose, citrus, smoky nuances, subtle white flowers. Fresh on the palate with a very fine, creamy mousse, apple notes, herbal nuances and gripping acidity. Finishes slightly tart with citrus notes and salty hints. Lingers for a long time.
