Pale yellow. Citrusy nose, verbena, lemon oil, green fruity notes, subtle hints of tea. Rather sweet on the palate with beautifully balanced carbonic acidity and refreshing, grapey acidity. Shows cool herbal notes and nuances of lemon zest and elderberry on the palate. Appropriate length. Aromatically refined, but the sweetness dominates somewhat.
