It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region canton of Grisons in Switzerland.
Bright, shiny golden yellow in colour. Beautiful intensity of ripe apple, peach, some gooseberry and citric notes on the nose, with some summer blossom and yeasty nuances too. Similarly very fresh and lively on the palate thanks to a juicy, ripe acidity and fine mousse. Finishes long and salty with savoury and vegetal-fruity notes.
