Medium salmon pink colour. On the nose notes of sour cherry, yellow apple and red berry. In addition some grapefruit and yeasty nuances. Juicy acidity on the palate, clear, nice sour cherry, and with citrus notes. It finishes very long with nice sour apple citrus and fruits of the forest flavours.
