Tasting from 11.10.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma initially reveals sandstone and only then the Trollinger. The latter with a ripe, warm aroma of cocktail cherry and Reine Claude. The palate unfolds with a fine-grained, homogeneous tannic drive and ripe acidity. The wine is round, flowing over the palate and indicating the steepness of the site with its richness. The finish has a tactile, mineral character and intensifies the tannins once again.
