Tasting from 12.09.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A classic in a positive sense in terms of colour and fragrance. Light brick red in colour; sweet cherry and herbal candy, almond and a hint of mocha on the nose. The palate begins smoothly and then develops a sandy, ripe tannin that is softly embedded, the mild acidity shows the character of the steep slope; the finish finishes dry and harmonious. Fine style.
