On the nose, notes of lemon grass, tangerine and nutmeg, hints of elderflower and rosemary, a touch of yeast. On the palate, a dynamic mousse, layers of intensely aromatic terpenes emphasized by the sweetness, well-integrated acidity and a compact, full-bodied finish.
