Tasting Notes
A nose of small red berries, more Pinot Noir than Pinot Blanc, with some yeast and herbal tones too. The palate is juicy and full of tension, with a fresh mousse and a well-fitting dosage in view of the firm acid core. A refreshing aperitif.
