It is delicately savoury and dense on the nose. Cinnamon bark, currants, raspberries, dark cherries, garrigue, violets. The palate is fresh with juicy fruit, subtle liquorice and chocolatey notes, and herbal savouriness. With its power and freshness, it is a good pairing for St. Martin's goose.
