Strong ruby-garnet color, violet reflections, broad edge brightening. Plum confit underlaid with fine herbal spices, a hint of stewed cherries, a hint of dried figs, floral nuances. Juicy, elegant texture, juicy body, fine spicy tannins, mineral and persistent, delicate leafy notes in the aftertaste, cedary touch, a powerful food companion.
