Tasting Notes
Gariguette strawberry, ice candy, cherry jelly. Mild attack, broad structure, yet quite lively acidity, from the second half of the palate development a hint of mealy tannin is noticeable before salty-mineral notes are added. At first it seems a little stereotypical (due to the still present fermentation aromas and a slightly technical effervescence) - but it has a lot going for it.
