Light golden yellow colour with silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Fine white peaches, mango and pineapple in the background, some jasmine and lime, inviting bouquet. On the palate, lychee and meadow herbs, mineral, taut, chalky texture, less fruity than expected, salty nuances on the finish, yellow apples in the aftertaste.
