Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. A little shy on the nose, reminiscent of ripe stone fruit and honey blossom, with a subtle propolis aftertaste. Fruity on the palate, reminiscent of peach yoghurt, with a restrained mousse and somewhat dominated by sweetness in the finish.
